FLAGS OF NEW YORK Okay folks, as I alluded to in Blue Metropolis mentioned elsewhere, this one is just very special for me. Seen in the flesh, it is a sculptural home run. Incredible depth, extremely intricate with dynamite colors. The photo really doesn't do it justice at all. The impetus that inspired this piece is very much a celebration of New York and some of the quietly heroic people who live there. It's big, it's heavy, and it took a long time to make. It's also featured in my book, A Passion for Metal.
