CALAMARI When you see a squid jetting around in the ocean, it's called a squid. Once you cook it in garlic butter and plunge a forkful in your mouth, it magically transforms to calamari. Sounds more appetizing. This one has great fluidity, and a sort of oceanic feel to it. Nice depth to it and a feeling of movement that is mesmerizing... and featured in my book, A Passion for Metal.
