THE GRAND INQUISITOR Like a couple of other archival shots in this section, this was shot in the early days when you had to send film out to be developed. By the time the roll came back the piece had been sold and I couldn't get a better shot. With a lot of sculpture the fun...and the challenge is in taking some very rudimentary components and transforming them into something much more challenging. The scene here is a Spanish courtroom. The inquisitor is pointing at the guilty parties, while two guards flank them. Down below (yeah, it's difficult to see) two small figures are plotting in the shadows while the Judge stands mute.
