BUCKS COUNTY BARNS Eric Sloane would be pleased, I think. He loved painting barns. We love making barn scenes. Having spent a huge amount of time working on a dairy farm, I feel a particular closeness to this piece. And if you've ever driven the back roads of Pennsylvania, you understand. There's a magic as well as a tranquility in them. And, as usual, we have done many variations on this design!
