TSUNAMI Well, we had to name it something. It does look a little like willow leaves in a gale..or abstract birds. It looks a little like Japanese kanji, too. Very fluid. Very graceful. Very serene. The hammered copper discs offer the necessary counterpoint.(A little secret: We use a computer to print the titles for our sculptures. Then we stick em on the wall, under the piece. Sometimes..after we've sold something, we don't get around to changing the names -and there are a few mystified folks out there who've bought a really pretty spreading oak tree, named Galactica.)
