A Passion for Metal is an odd amalgam of how-to projects mixed with a little Zen philosophy, a touch of humor and a whole bunch of invaluable tips.  We also address the concept of..."The Muse".  What is that, a lot of baloney...a bunch of hooey?  Actually it isn't, though whoever coined the word probably has done artists and writers a grave disservice with the term.  It comes down to artistic style, the thing that makes one person want to create a wild abstract while another gravitates to a soft watercolor of a pond.  The Muse whispers in your ear important thing like:  You're not done...keep going or as important.  Stop!  One more addition and you're going to the dark side!  It's also the voice that whispers for you to keep doing a certain design and my Muse, for reasons known only to her...yep, she's a her, keeps wanting me to make variations on this certain type of design.  It crops up a lot, the slightly saintly face, the curvy abstract instrument...a lot of little things...
